We received very exciting news in Scoil Chóca Naofa this week. Our school has been awarded its 8th Green Flag from An Taisce. The theme of this year’s Green Flag Award was ‘Global Citizenship – Marine Environment’. This theme focuses on raising awareness of marine eco-systems and the work being done to save them. Congratulations to all the girls and boys for playing their part and in particular all those girls and boys who were involved in the Green Schools’ Committee. Special thanks to Ms. Sheil, Ms. Wilson and Ms. Field for all of their hard work.
