International Day 2015

What a wonderful day we had on International Day on Wednesday 10th of June. So many families went to a huge effort to represent their country of origin – creating posters, bringing in items, national food, flags, and money as well as toys, books, web displays. There was also a beautiful display of dolls from around the world. Many of our children dressed in their national costumes. There was also a poster in entrance hall representing FAIR TRADE.

As part of the day all countries represented shared their national greeting and some countries shared their versions of Happy Birthday.

Thanks for all the help and we look forward to next year’s International Day for 2016!
