After studying the topic of “Homes” in SESE Ms Quinn’s 2nd class thought it would be a good idea to help the homeless for Christmas. The decided to to support Liz’s Christmas appeal and organised “Shoeboxes for the Homeless” in Scoil Choca. They sent notes to all the classes to give them ideas of what might be useful. The generosity of all the children was amazing. Second made their first delivery to Liz in the Parish shope this week. Another will probably be made next week. What a great idea to bring Christmas cheer to the many homeless people in Dublin.
